The five major precautionary measures to prevent equipment failure are due to material, process, parts aging and human factors.

1. minimize the impact of harmful factors

(1) reduce all kinds of corrosion, such as rainwater, chemicals in the air, etc., and enter the equipment through the external channels and gaps of equipment parts.

(2) safety clothing, rope and other equipment are inflammable, so we must prohibit fireworks.

2. to prevent the impact of human damage

(1) power rope, static rope and auxiliary rope in the use process, absolutely stop someone trampling the rope, if the trampling rope will lead to these prismatic hard objects or sand into the rope, the rope will be subjected to wear and tear after the force.

(2) lock equipment should be handled gently in order to avoid collision and throw. Because the lock equipment will be changed by the impact, and the lock will be damaged.

(3) safety cap light to take light, avoid collision and break.

3. equipment for warehousing details

(1) the equipment must be clearly identified in the debit table, the name of the equipment, quantity, time to lend, whether to return or the name of the person in charge.

(2) when returning equipment, check whether the check quantity is accurate or not.

4. replacement of damaged unsafe equipment on a regular basis
